Thank you :) Your gear looks fine overall, two minor things i've noticed is missing quality on your Faster Attacks and Tempest Shield being too high leveled. If you haven't yet, also try to upgrade your Pantheon powers for some extra safety. You could also farm a boot enchant in Merc Lab for some extra single target damage, although probably not worth anymore that close to league end.

The rest comes down to experience, in case of Elder his slam always comes after doing his spinning ice projectile spam and has a similar short animation as Shapers slam. So once you see him appearing above you, try to move away quickly. His Petrifying Arc has two versions, one greatly slows you and the other locks you in place completely. You can counter them with your Life-, Basalt- and Sulphur Flask, usually just popping the Life Flask is enough if you get caught. This is also one of the reasons why I recommend a Catalysed Eternal Life flask, it's just really good in this situation.

A general rule for bossfights is that all inherently deadly skills give you a visual indicator and some time to react, and most of the time those skills will target the position you had during animation start, so just moving away is enough in this case. But it's also possible that mapmods or other modifiers can make a skill deadly, good example for this is extra projectiles + damage on Core Malachai. I'll also put this information in the reworked mapping section for next patch.

Elder Essence Worm + Mark of the Shaper is just a really highend setup that I only advice if the rest of your gear is good enough that you don't lose any damage in other slots from missing resistances on your second ring slot. A perfect Shaped Opal Ring can potentially be even better than this, but getting such a ring would prove very difficult and costly.

Currently the only way to get an Elder Essence Worm is by chance/scouring elder-influenced Unset Rings, or alternatively using a Trash to Treasure prophecy. There are however multiple unique Unset Rings so in either case you aren't guaranteed to get an Essence Worm.

I'd say keep going, this one isn't good enough to justify the low stats. What you want here is atleast two out of "Adds Lightning Damage to Spells", "Innervate + Shock Effect" and "Nearby enemies have -9% Lightning Resistance". Fossil crafting is your best bet and even required to hit the last of those three mods, use Metallic + Pristine and if you can afford, also Prismatic Fossils.

Depends on the base of the 5L and if you actually need those resistances. Sounds like you had a Dex based chest there, so getting enough blue sockets would be close to impossible in SSF. The new mastercrafting system seems to make things even easier so with the information we currently have, i'd recommend going with Tabula no matter what.

Keep in mind that this will result in a huge damage loss since you won't be able to reliably get high shock damage increases or chills for Hypothermia on bosses any longer. For regular mapping it should still work tho if that's your only goal.

Not the most foolproof build for HC but it does work if you can handle the playstyle. Just a quick look at the poe.ninja builds section shows me that there are quite a few people at Lv95 with this build in Delve HC.

You seem to underestimate this build. I'll let the players speak for themselves why they chose and liked this one.

I recommend to start with getting the correct flasks and an Essence Worm for your Wrath, then Ahn's Heritage + 2x Fragility and a Clear Mind (remove Clarity for this) and then work towards a cheap 5L Inpulsa. All this may also require you to upgrade some other gear to stay resistance capped, helmet, boots and belt have lots of potential for this.

You're also missing Cold Damage to Spells on your Abyss Jewel and Cruel/Merciless Lab to make Hypothermia work, the labs shouldn't be difficult after you've done these changes. And if you haven't yet, also choose the right Pantheon powers for some extra defense.
