I tried a toxic rain build late into Delve, didn't even get done leveling. (Distracted by other games)

With the Quill Rain nerf...I really want to try out a caster. This does look good!

I only started playing poe in the last couple of weeks of delve leauge, thanks to this guide i had loads of fun with arc witch.

Still so much to learn about the game, but i managed a few t13 maps and got to lvl90(no big deal for veteran players i know)

Going to start all over again in the new leauge on friday.

Thanks for making this detailed guilde, i will keep checking back to see if you make any changes to the build.

The patch notes look extensive, but dont really mean much to me atm.

Yeah as someone stated above, it's not a big big deal but surely some clean's speed. But probably (hopefully) Inpulsa will cost less.

Other thing I noticed is the lowered drop rate of shaper/elder items. Sooo for only late endgame purpouse, Watcher's Eye (probably) will cost much much more.

Nothing of those.
You just can't get enough armour to make it any usefull (you can read in wiki how armour in PoE works ). And you can't refill your ES in situations where it actually matters.
Fortify, extra elemental resistances from Ahn's shield, immortal call and basalt flask - that's our secondary layer of defence

On my delve char I have 2k Armour and 500 es.

Actually u need mana for MoM sustain your effective health pool.

Decoy totem will help to not take too much damage.

Since all the builds are hammered (as expected) i've played in 3.4, i think it's time to give this well-recommended build a shot. Feedbacks are looking great, i think you did great work in here. I'll be waiting excitedly your update to 3.5.
