Why can't we use (dual wield) wands in 3.5? I'm having trouble finding this information.

Unless I'm thinking of a different guide, it seems the build changed from using the ahns heritage to using 2 one handers. Is this recommended now? Wondering if I still went the shield route if I am disadvantaging myself.

The items are there, you just need to use the drop down boxes in the Item screen to select the things you want to display. Enki has kindly put in generic items on each list for each slot along with the more specialised items like Inpulsa for late game.

With Spiritual Aid (large keystone in the area you mention) all sources of Minions deal #% increased Damage apply to our damage and so affect our arc damage. This is also why a Bone Helmet is a very solid choice.

Hey, I'm a bit confused on Inpulsa after 3.5 - wiki shows it's been modified to give only 5% damage on explosion, yet here it's still listed as 10%. I don't have it yet, so which one is true? How does that affect the build?

It's true, from 3.5 on Impulsa gives a fix 5% damage explosion.
That being said the up-to-10%-version can only be played in standard (and will prolly get really expensive there since its a legacy item now) and not in the new league anymore.

Did you stop Leap Slam gem at 19 for a reason?

Inpulsa's price crashed today in standard. It was trading at over 1 ex and now down to around 50 c. Might be a good time to pick one up now if you want.
