if i use redbeak on low life i get the exra 100% damage boost, if i use a spell damage wand with 100% inccreased spell damage, will i be doing the same damage or is redbeaks damage based of all my total passive damage increases?

Fast question: what happens when you combine LMP and GMP and then add Righteous Fire? Is it:
A: 30% less dmg from LMP+ 50% less dmg for GMP+ 100% more dmg for RF= 20% more dmg
or
B: the -80% penalty from LMP+GMP comes first, leaving you at 20% of your damage, which is then multiplied by RF resulting in 40% of your initial damage

With a LMP, GMP and a RF with 40% more spell damage, you spell will have :
(1-0.30)*(1-0.5)*(1+0.4)

Does a divine orb change the suffix of a rare item?, like from 10-35 armor to a higher one.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't but I'm asking anyway.

No. It will only roll values within the affix limits.

Few qustions about using multiple curses

1.When using multiple curses, does the resist debuff stack if you use Elemental Weakness and Coductivity/Flammability/Frostbite?

2.If they do, is there a cap for negative resistances? -75?

3.How does damage get calculated if you use Elemental Weakness, Projectile Weakness and Vulnerability?
Are they calculated separately, or does the "More Damage" from Projectile Weakness amplify damage you get by using Elemental Weakness and/or Vulnerability?

Say you do 1000 elemental dmg.
With Elemental Weakness you do (-40% resistance) 1400 dmg.
When using Projectile Weakness (30% more damage) will you do 1830?
Or is it calculated separately, making it total damage 1700?

yes they stack
no there is no limit (well there is, the max of two curses, elemental equilibrium, and a damaging skill linked to a penetration support also maxed).
resistances is a multiplier and both vurn and projectile weak lists thier boosts as "more" so each are thier own steps.
