This has been around for some time now. Still inferior to Aegis though.

Also, from my experience being tanky at the cost of dps can actually make you less tanky. When playing my (legacy) Aegis Marauder, the two major issues were either huge spell damage spikes or boss fights where I just didn't have enough DPS.
I think the tankiest route right now may be the CWDT CI regen tank. You basically get insane amount of ES and regen, come to a boss and go make a coffee or something. There are few guides around here,look it up if you are interested =)

I played CI Zealot Oath flameblast in the 1mfb league and it was easily the safest build I'v ever played. Leveling as hybrid right now is also really safe as long as your careful around chaos damage mobs.
