" Seeing other negative queue posts getting thread locked by GGG apparently they want us to pretend that "this is not happening". My Thursday post on the Few Hours left... how you prepare? thread and stating "you just know the launch tomorrow won't come off smoothly" was spot on. No crystal ball or other psychic powers needed to predict new league problems, just the recent knowledge of how bad the start of Prophecy League was (sound shutting off bug and spectacularly horrendous latency spikes) in the first 2+ weeks until patch 2.3.1 got pushed out. That botched 2.3.0 release was so bad that I threw in the towel on playing Prophecy and waited for Essence and then am waiting until first evening is over to start playing (or at least attempt to play). Good old predictable GGG. I'm on record as saying that 3 months is just not enough time for the coders to test/debug (rinse and repeat) for new league and content updates. Even Intel has had to give up on their yearly tick/tock cpu release schedule as being too short of time. So PoE is getting larger (just like Leon) and thus every temp league gimmick that is rolled into the core just makes PoE more complicated and harder to debug. Hey GGG, I've said it before and I'll say it again, STOP MAKING US BE YOUR BETA TESTERS and shift back to a 4 month challenge league to league time frame to give yourself the extra month needed for debugging. The PoE loyalists deserve better from you. "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..."
