Nvm cannot be chiled comes with movement speed as hybrid so that's why we can't have movement speed on our boots xd

Hi, nice guide, I'm lvlin this up now and wodering in the path of building the ascendancy points are the same as the lvlin section is that cuz we are meant to repec out of it later or just 3.6 changed the build? Thanks.
