There's absolutely nothing wrong with missing such details; that's how we all get better (and the process never ends, no matter how many years you've played or builds you've tried) - by realizing that something doesn't work the way we expect it to work, and researching the possible reason.

In other words, don't stop playing - instead, enjoy it!

Personal preference. I use flammability. Perhaps despair is more flexible when you switch to other non-fire spectres

Actually went up and got the +1 curse on the tree.... so I'm running temporal chains + curse on hit + flammability + arc

debating whether I want to do flammability + despair.

Wanted to throw a quick tip in. Had Midnight bargain drop early on in abyss and decided to use it. Upped my DPS quite a bit. Its a 30% health hit for sure. But early on in mapping does it really matter? 50 maps in and starting yellow maps.

4 solar guards kill very fast. Flesh for mobs and abyss and bone for bosses. Only had issues with one double boss.

Will not be using it further in but its a good substitute early on...

Anyone test out wicker men in 3.1 yet?

Well yeah, so after I leveled my desecrate gem its going so smoothly... Currently using 2 WM and 1 TV since I dont have the chest yet, just did merc lab at lvl 66 and it was very easy.

Around a similar level, having done cruel. So far without the third 100% damage increase of merc lab ... damage works. Not particularly high yet, as I only have a 4L and only 3 spectres. Looking forward to fine tune this now.

Works well.
For mapping atm I prefer solar guards.
For endgame wicker+TV are still quite good.
