[3.x - Discontinued for now] Burning Spectres - Torch the Atlas - HC Shaper, Elder, Uber Atziri

Is shaper possible on a 5l vis mortis with solar guards? Im using solar guards for mapping and they work great! Also pretty nice for bosses. Only not sure if u can handle shaper with them?

Why shouldn't they be? They were perfectly fine before TVs were found and before them there were/are other spectres capable of doing. A quick look at spectres guides would have told you that.

As good or even better than 6L in chest but you will need tons of currency to off-color 3B-1G that helmet (vorici will be absolutely required, check vorici jewel trick too).

that helmet is eva, so using Vorici, paying 120 chromes for at least 3 blue should be enough:)

After some testing I think that "Gain life on block" mod is way more reliable since it is instant.
Basically I just teleport in the middle of mobs and nothing can even lower my life (well, except some big scary rares).

Despair for the primary curse. If you get an additional curse amulet, add in either flammability or elemental weakness if you're going for pure damage output.

why despair? isn't "-resistance" the same as "+dmg taken" and so the "+25 dmg taken" is less than "-44% fire res" (burning is affected by resistances but not penetration) (as long as the monster isn't way overcapped)?

So shields with recover x% life/mana on block arent instant?

What do you use to stack block? Or do Shield+Offering+Amulet reach 70/70? If not, where should I look for block.

Also if you could add a part in the guide with Shaper/Elder crafted items to look for would be nice, since they look very strong ( some at least ), thanks.

I already feel like batman with my shields and you two really dare to put more cool options on the table!!!!

Lets see:
* Spring shield with 3% regen is great to run traps in lab
* Shield with a white socket lets me swap in any aura (especially purity)
* Shield with crazy high resist amounts is great to run on a map with crazy high resistance debuffs
* Phoenix is great for fire opponent
* Kaltenhalt/Aegis Aurora good for cold opponent
* Saffell's Frame ok? vs lightning

Now your adding some great insta heal shields to the pool, as well as some that let me upgrade my amulet....

Hehehe, I gotta get that too!!!!
