Raise Spectre / Minion Damage / Spell Echo / Greater Multiple Projectiles / Elemental Focus / Controlled Destruction.

Replace GMP with Slower Projectiles for better single target damage on bosses.

We do not, not since the 3.0 release where the devs obfuscated the monster damage values.

However, we do know that with a min/maxed setup you can achieve 14 million dps. Calcs for this are worked backwards - we know that shaper has just over 20 million life, 40% fire resist, and 80% curse effectiveness reduction, so when someone posts a video where they burn through shaper's health, we can extract the time it took and calculate damage.

what's better 2 abyss jewels or making spacce for 2 unending hunger jewels... I feel like the abyss ones would be better, but not sure cause this is my first time playing a necro...

If you're running Solar Guards, one unending hunger is plenty. If you're running Tukohama's Vanguards, they don't benefit from unending hunger.

Yeah I had a feeling it was not helping with TV totem, but a wicker man with it is insane!!! I guess I'll keep my eye out for a watcher's eye or some other ghastly eyes... maybe violent dead... seems like that would only help if you ran baron or that zombie mace... eitherway thx. Best 8ex I've ever spent in this game, but now I have to farm uber to get my bone offering enchant back :/

Actually, I pulled increased duration out of my BO links. I run so many jewels that require a minion skill recently anyway, I should be casting BO regularly anyway.

There are many people who have beaten Shaper with 5l, Skullhead, and Advancing Fortress or Brightbeak. They may be leveling gear but they're also completely adequate for the endgame as long as SG and TV stay as strong as they naturally are(3.2, we'll see...). The people saying they aren't are either caught up in their min maxing and forgot that it is definitely possible or they never tried when they were lesser geared. You already know this since you're trying out Shaper and did relatively ok until the third phase.

For your specific problem, it might be best to get a Tabula for the Minion Ele Res gem. You'll lose a little damage, going from a ~35% damage boost(4 to 3 spectres and inc min dmg on armor) to a 19% damage boost(the gem). You also get 20% inc minion life from not using Vis Mortis. The stats that affect you aren't a big deal.

Another option is just waiting, doing what others said, 6L, leveling your gems(Desecrate, etc), qualitying them(or using the gcp vendor recipe and relvling them). But you're in the ring with Shaper already, you just need to tweak stuff. That extra stats aren't needed, it just makes things comfortable.

Shaper is doable with your current gear imo, just try to get level 20 Desecrate gem and some %hp minion regen. Increasing by 3 the lvl of your TVs will make a big difference.

Did you try to put Empower on it? It benefits you more than tempest shield IMO.

Thank each and every one of y'all for the tips. I greatly appreciate it. I'm going to level my gems higher and 6L. I'm about 800+ fusings in and can't 6L my other vis mortis:( and it's way to expensive for me to trade. I'm using advancing fortress to max my block because with my scourge it's a bit too low for my liking. I'm pretty low on currency at the moment. If additional minion damage doesn't work for TVs what jewels should I look for?
