[3.x - Discontinued for now] Burning Spectres - Torch the Atlas - HC Shaper, Elder, Uber Atziri

Anyone wanna take a gander at my build and let me know if my gear needs anything in their mind? Still trying to get it sorted out a little bit, seems to be quite a bit slower clear speed compared to when I was running solar guard setup.

You could get some life / mana regen enchant on your boots.
For clearspeed i don't really know it seems that animate guardian give some more move speed to spectres ( havn't tried tought ) sooo it should help a bit. I don't think there is any ways to get a great map clearing speed that's not really what the build meant to be, it's comfortable for bosses farming mostly :)

... was wondering if there were any UPDATED 3.0 list of monsters with damages / abilities / base res etc ...
If yes could you give me a link ?

MattC is The Man when it comes to this stuff I think. He posted a bunch of resources on Reddit yesterday that I think will be very helpful: https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/749axs/now_that_spectre_are_persistent_here_are_some/

The only thing that kept me from this build was having to get spectres every time. I can't believe we're finally getting persistent spectres!!! This is going to be awesome. :) Great build and guide! Looking forward to trying it out!

Little feedback here - started your build few days ago - it's the first time i play spectres never expected this playstyle to be so fun back in days.

Note: Did some tree changes here and here just for some personal comfort.

Started to benchmark it a bit today at level 88:

Shaper => Done
Atziri => Done
Uber atziri => Done
Uber Lab => Done
Council => Done
Domains => Done ( except chayula i'm not that rich )
Guardians => Done.
Twinned t15 => Done ( except overgrown ruins and i probably won't try ).

I'm using only one curse, no tukoahma's fortress, 3 jewel with minions damage and minions life, 6L vis mortis annddd some random gears. No animated guardian.

I also started to try some different spectres combinations, and was wondering if there were any UPDATED 3.0 list of monsters with damages / abilities / base res etc ...
If yes could you give me a link ?

Thank you @Natt for this awesome work. Great build, recommend to anyone that want to get started with spectres.

Is the spectre unique jewel worth it for a single slot? I assume that would help a lot with them surviving, which is more important than damage atm for me

Do you have any advice on the direction I took your build. I honestly was planning to go low life with united in dream 4b 2g loyal for cfe specters. Then I. Switched to 1 wikermen 3 vangaurds. P.s. I do have a animate guardian but he has a kingmaker to give my minions culling strike as a 7th gem can I have a separate animate guardian with the axe setup without destroying the kingmaker guardian.

I tested three different setups for AG and this is what I found. All on a 3 link.

1. AG-Minion Life-Fortify, equipped with Dual Dyadus, Voll's Vision, Icetomb, Victario's Flight, and a pair of rare gloves with high total resist and some life.

I can't tell if the clear speed or the boss fights are any faster. I did a number of t13 to t16 maps with and without the AG and didn't notice any difference.

2. Standard Dying Breath setup.

The little bit of increased damage hardly makes any difference at all.

3. AG-Minion Life-Melee Splash, equipped with Dual Dyadus, BoR, Icetomb, Rainbowstride, and a pair of rare glove with very high fire and lightning resist and some life.

The clear speed is a little bit better but clear speed for these specters are limited by their AI, their range, and minion speed. Against Harbingers, the clear speed is noticeably faster. Where this setup really shines is against bosses. The bosses melts 50% to 100% faster than without the AG. (I have done T16 bosses with this setup but not yet tried shaper, so I don't know if not having Fortify will hurt the AG)

I think the main difference between setup one and three is the inclusion of Melee Splash.

My final update for the league; as I'll probably play this again in a new league so long as the shit doesn't get nerfed to the ground.

I ended up with some pretty solid gear. I finally riped in HC due to just being pretty careless and not caring if I ripped or not. I actually was a bit relieved as it forced me to take a break from the game. I've done everything deathless outside of hall of grandmasters. What finally got me was an Abyss, but with the possessed monster prophecy, which happened to possess the trio. I did not survive the fight.

Regardless, here are my thoughts on "end game" bosses.

Most map bosses were a joke. Chaos bosses with mods and whatnot could be a bit scary if you aren't careful. The lair wolf boss wasn't too bad but you had to ensure you kept up on anti-bleeds and whatnot.

Pale council was a joke.

Regular Trio/Atziri was a joke.

Guardian's were easy outside of chimera; some of his shit can hit super hard.

Shaper and side bosses were pretty easy. Shaper does have some scary moves but very manageable.

Uber trio wasn't too bad, there are some sketchy moments however.

Uber Atziri i would say is probably the hardest; not sure if it's because I was inexperienced or didn't know the "proper" way to kill her, but i had a few close ish calls.

AG with a +2 ring did fairly well, outside of end bosses. Atziri/shaper/uber atziri/Phoenix all melt him.
