Does EE work like elemental penetration? example: When I hit target with 25% fire resistance by ice nova + EE, target will have: 1) 0 fire resistance 2) -25 fire resistance Thank you |

EE works like Curses; they're both debuffs.

So, if i have some like 2-4 Lightning flat damage added to my spectral throw, does it mean that next fireball and ice attack will deal more damage?

Skill effect duration nodes, suchs as exceptional performance or potency of will, increase the duration of the EE effect? (5 seg base duration).

No, elemental equilibrium is not a skill effect, you don't have to use a skill to trigger it.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
