seriously this thread again ? if you die in docks you cant play the game and should spend some hours in the game mechanics section

sad thing is most of you run - resi yand stack iir and iiq if you do that you deserve to die

Just drop an Arctic Armor gem on. At level 1, normal voidbearers literally cannot deal you damage. At level 15, I'm immune to not just voidbearers in maps but also Tentacle miscreations. You don't even need to have it on very long - just enough to get in and get some burst damage in. Even low-level Arctic Armor makes voidbearers incredibly wimpy. If you can't use arctic armor because you have Blood Magic and your build can't really handle them, then farm Catacombs instead.

With 80% fire resist and 2.5k hp a single one cannot even hurt you much.

Most likely you are facing tough mods eg haste/multiple projectile etc.

I love Voidbears, with my templar 75% spell block + tempest shield they mostly kill themselves in couple of seconds 0/

Fight them with fire res maxed,sufficient armor and LOH.They deal phys+fire dmg.If you don't build around armor,use arctic armor,as guys above mentioned.
And yes,they are OP.

I have 83% resist all and have had to esc+logout on numerous occations. The solution is simple and has been listed in this thread numerous times....FOR THE LOVE OF GOD...DON'T PLAY MELEE!!
Melee is the ugly red headed stepchild of this game.

I'm melee and I can tank like 30 of them easily, no joke.

83% fire res, 3,4k hp, 60-ish% spell block. Could tank them before I got spell block too. Maybe its the life reg that negates them (~150 per sec) or my Lioneye's Remorse -25 damage from projectile attacks?
Anyway, they are easy to tank with high fire res and if that doesn't suffice, just pop a ruby flask...

The only Voidbearers that are dangerous are the ones with GMP/LMP or increased damage/crit chance. And even then the ruby flask makes that a joke.

61% fire resist, 1600hp, melee build, and while they're the most dangerous mob in docs, I don't bother popping a ruby flask unless there's more than 4 of them, or sometimes with a rare version. They're not as bad as they're often made out to be.

I bet they suck as melee as a LA duelist I rarely have any issues but thats for obvious reasons...hopefully with the patch melee will do better against them looking forward to seeing how it changes the game

You have low mana regen and can't afford high level Arrctic ? try to keep one with with a level of 10 and tell me how bad are voidbearers ;)
