Looks pretty good, noticed there's no cluster jewels and just wondering if delirium/cluster jewels are being added to base or nah?

There are clusters that are helpful as far as utility is concerned, but nothing that does better than a well-rolled ghastly eye jewel. Blessed Rebirth is nice to give SRS some time to path to a boss before getting splashed with arena/boss damage, and Call to the Slaughter is pretty well-rounded/useful as well. Lastly, Life from Death offers some utility as as the SRS are refreshed/killed or naturally expire, it all counts towards providing you the regen.

However the tree is pretty tight, you'd have to make sacrifices to incorporate any of it, so rather than officially suggest a cluster, I leave it to each individual player to incorporate the amount of utility you need. The base tree is still sound, cluster or not, and well invested it is plenty of damage to get all of the various jobs done independent of a cluster. But, some arguments for it beyond just utility, too:

For example, getting one or two of these on a large 2-socket would allow you to then fill those two sockets with two other Ghastly Eyes, so you could likely take away sockets on the tree to make up for the cluster investment, etc.

TL;DR Its up to you, the build has always been modular, so find a balance that works for you!

We convert the INT travel nodes out of the witch starting area and down to the left jewel socket by using a Careful Planning unique jewel. This provides almost all of the Dexterity you will require.

Is there any reason to be running both orb of storms and stormbrand? i'm not exactly far in but orbs short cast range is pretty oof, I do get that it hits everything and lasts longer vs storm brand but is there any reason to be running both over just one of them linked to CoH?

Storm brand & Shield charge are both left at level 1, was is the benefit to not leveling? I'm assuming it is because we are only using them for Elemental Equilibrium. Would leveling them have a negative impact?

Less mana cost, easier to sustain mana, since they are purely utility.

And lastly I see the note about changes to splash damage meaning that from act 2 it is better to use Melee Physical, but I'm still seeing 'Melee Splash' recommended in the main attack links section and sockets to the chest on the final build gear example. So I'm a bit confused over which approach to take.


Personally, clear without melee splash feels bad to me, most bosses you will roll over with melee splash anyway, and for bigger bossfights you just have to remember to swap it out. Also, personally, I prefer running unleash over minion speed in most scenarios since the build just seems to flow much better when mapping this way and you are less vulnerable to getting your SRS army wiped on bossfights, also allows you to move more. I keep elemental damage with attacks, as well as minion speed for gemswaps.
Weird Question, Would this work with brands by picking up a few of the brand nodes? :P
Looking at building and crafting some gear now since im a bit into maps and harvest is very craft oriented, the gear in OP is a bit out of date from looking at the latest stats and mods rolls on stuff but. What base items would people recommend?

I'm assuming Convoking Wand and Bone Helmet would be the best bases for their slots but what would everyone recommend for the other slots and if its not a crazy hassle, what rolls? Haven't done too much crafting before and usually just buy stuff based on a stat i'm missing and then just other rolls that fit in nicely.

sorry for big noob, just seeing how complex crafting is XD
