I won't put zombies even on 4L. Too low base damage = too low DPS.
They are cannon fodder and meat shield + debuffers.
Spectres must be main map cleansers.
Slave Drivers are the best. I just can't return to Frosties after i've tried Slave Drivers.

Skeletons are boss killers and blight helpers. Feeding Frenzy make them dash in any direction in no time. Any %increased phys dmg would help them a lot.
Zombies... Some debuff support and melee splash, so they would spread debuff more effectively, helping other minions to finish enemies faster.
I don't really know if Wraith aura adds FLAT x-y lightning damage BEFORE or AFTER all %increase damage.
If it adds damage BEFORE any %increase %more damage mods(as i assume), then it's GREAT for Slave Drivers spectres.

Could be. I really don't have even time to see what happens because everything insta dies and lots of frost spears just flying around the screen, lol. I am trying Slave Drivers now with Avatar of Fire. They really have some good DPS!

Try this setup with Slave Drivers.
For better minions control and damage dealing i'd suggest to use Convocation on cooldown while moving.
After i've started using Slave Drivers i often forget to raise zombies, cuz SD damage output just so great.

It's just boss mechanics you should learn.

Mino hits pretty hard. Try to stay near him and have some minion taunt in one of your jewels. When you stay near him, he doesn't burrow down and should be easy to kill.

just replace Increased Area of Effect support to Concentrated Effect support on a boss.
Thou, t15 bosses are meh, would be good for t16.
and don't forget your Skitterbots for "shocked" debuff. It raise SD damage from 550k to 770k.
