They give your minions so much damage and speed, you have to have 1xCarnage Chieftain and 1xHost Chieftain. So you have the choice of the last two. If you are mapping, you don't really need the Vulnerability on hit from your AG, it is only useful in long single target situations which means only Uber Elder, every other fight is over in a second. So a Diabolist that spams Enfeeble is a great way to make sure you don't die. I mean, Enfeeble is an absolutely insane defense buff. If you also have "Minions have 5-6% chance to blind on hit" on a jewel the mobs will only hit you 1/4 as often as they would otherwise. Just make sure to change it to another spectre before you do Uber Elder. You WILL notice the missing damage from not having Vulnerability in that fight. For the last one I would go for another Carnage Chieftain to make sure you and your minions always have full Frenzy Charges. Another option would be Ruins Hellion, but he really does almost nothing. He is just a 15% increased damage buff for your minions. So as much as a small passive node on the tree. So I don't really like that solution. Just drop Bottled Faith and try sell it, with my total ~23-25 ex - i'd try craft our best 2h weap? SO!! Lethal pride can be really expensive indeed XD I've spent 4ex (including price to buy it) just to get 5%str on righteaous army, +20str on devotion. Sanctum of thought can give me 10% increased fortify effect but i would need to drop juggernaut seeing my tree to get it so i doubt its worth it... With flasks up I am at 68% reduced physical damage taken, which also helps a ton. Maybe you can get some ideas from my character, I have changed the tree quite a bit. Lost no damage, gained a lot of life. Can't help you with Golem links though, I am using skellies. Edit: What I just remembered, if you can fit it in, get an abyss jewel with "Minions leech x% damage" and "Minions have 5-6% chance to blind on hit". The leech will free up one more passive point on the tree and the blind is actually the most underrated defensive layer. It reduces the enemies chance to hit by 50%. And with the amount of minions we have, it is up pretty much 100% of the time. It is actually insane how effective it is. Just wanna say THANKS MAN! I took your tree and it is SO MUCH BETTER! I tried Uber Elder last night twice and only got half way. I respecced into your tree.. got another 1,000 life and downed him with 1 portal to go. Not deathless.. but I have shitty gear... my Raised Zombie is only level 19 and other supports 18-19 level.. no quality... shitty crappy weopon... 5L only... no Animated Guardian... never played summoner before and a total novice at Uber Elder... so I am super happy with that one. I don't have $$ to buy or build the crazy mace everyone has and don't have time to level up completely so your tips really helped. Thanks man! and I just bought a 6L Chaber Cairn for 4ex so I'm going to try him again and see how much of a diff that makes.
