All you need in 3,9 is a level 21 raise spectre gem to reach the fourth. Assuming you have the spectre gem slotted in the baron helm aswell as having the unnatural strength ascendency :)

level 21 gem for forth spectre.

I prefer a rare pair of gloves if you dont need the 100 str to reach some breakpoint(1000/1200)

I'd say 1200 for decent gear, 1500 for good gear and it might be possible to scale as much as 1800 without loss in 3,9 due to the new gear options for GG gear ^^

Yes theres a 30-50% chaos resist watchers eye while under the influence of purity of elements. ^^

Aspect of the avian with the chest doubles the effect of the buff. It is also theorised that minion both scale from the minion aswell as allies affect since they're both, giving it 40% movement speed aswell as 40% double damage.

The gem i level 20, +2 from baron and +2 from global, total level 24. Do I need it to hit level 25?

We get 1 zombie per 5 skill gem levels
we get 2 from the tree
We get 1 on average from gear such as amulet, talisman etc.

Beside Talisman, where i can get the 3 one i'm missing?

did you convert auras etc. to support the chaos damage aswell?

It is cause some monsters have high chaos resists. Its a mod they can have.

My 3.8 endgame setup gave me the according:

2 from talisman
2 from tree
5 from 1500 strength
9 from level 30 skillgem
