please don´t just ask a question before reading a few pages in this thread. This question has been answered several times.
Yes all content is doable. Elorathiel has a good variation (dual wand) of this build. It works fine. You can also use the bow quiver version. Or try the good old tanky setup like i´m using in standard.
It´s totally up to you what you prefer.
My recommendation for you is read the first page. Brunowa made a super detailed guide where almost every question will be answered.

unfortunately it´s pure rng, you have to divine and pray that you hit the jackpot, if not do it again.
