Go by the words in the guide, not the linked gear. Gear has been linked at different times as I've been testing different setups. Cyclone in chest is a waste so put it in your boots.

Is 40% dmg on The Baron straight up 40% dmg gain?

You only summon then once upon login though. You shouldn't be resummoning zombies mid game though. If they're dying you need to simply get minion leech and resistances. Easy.

The T16 boss melts in seconds... There is no need for skellies once you're at end-game unless you like them. They could also be handy for Sirius but I haven't spawned him again yet to see.

Sirus was fine with zombies only. None of them died but I swapped feeding frenzy out for deathmark. Maybe they run around into the vortex with feeding frenzy IDK. Skellies is prbly faster because their dmg is insane but I prefer cycloning around for the juicy ES instead of recasting them since I don't like dodging stuff^^.

it's "Increased", so it's just an increase to their base damage like all other forms of increased damage. 40% dmg gain would be "More".

Also, I really have to recommend the diabolist spectre in general, with blood magic he spams enfeeble on everything all the time, and it's a pretty strong enfeeble too. If you're doing hard t16's or deep delving it's just fantastic. I ended up using him and a host chieftain along with the frenzy chieftans, it's almost feels like im running necromantic aegis victario's except im not, im using a pretty sick staff.

I meant skeletons haha... ugh, my bad.

with this setup-change ive got to increase my dmg from 50k dps pob to 120k dps per minion :D if i get empower lvl 4 + zombie lvl 21 im in pob on 170k dps/minon
