Your gems are terribly underleveled so your damage is very low. Low damage = low life leech from Baron.
Do you even have 1000+ strength for the life leech?
Swap out seven league steps. Those boots are for when you have no issues with defence or offence and just want speed. Get boots with strength, life, resistances.
Are your resistances capped?
Use defensive auras... Use discipline. Use Vaal molten shell.
1020 strength atm.
Oh that life leech would actually make sense. Also thanks, forgot about discipline :D

You can do the calcs in POB but I believe fortify would provide the most DPS.
When I ran the numbers fortify was ahead, unless you had the minion damage and double damage combo.
Same for me but only 3%.

Hello, i'm new with this guide.
If I understand the PoB, you can't use all the aura until you have enlighten lvl 4 ?
(I tried to calculate with the enlighten 3 it reach 101.3% mana reserved '-')
am I right, or someone can explain me how it work ? '-' thx

Yes. Enlighten level 4 and sovereignty cluster in tree and victarios influence allows you to run a LOT of auras.

i use conquerors effiency jewel which gives another 2% reduced mana reserved to compensate my missing enlighten 4 right now. maybe it works for you too.
