[3.8] Carrion Golem and Zombie Necromancer - Very tanky and fast, awesome single target
" I don't mind that :d and nope, it isnt, only important roll there is attack speed. My builds:

this build is incredibly expensive!
Any budget animate guardian suggestions, please? |

" Well you dont really need the items that much to simply get this build going. For extra golems, Clayshapers instead of prim jewels, for AG Dying Breath/Leer Cast as helmet/weapon works just fine, and for gloves, even some regular glove with some life + corruption with curse works. My builds:

Hmmmm, so I was experimenting with non-baron version, and it does shitton of damage, but loses the zombie leech what is huge part of build's survivability:
https://pastebin.com/z47CYW5A I probably still like Baron way more, but this one has way easier gearing, so idk, I might update the build to it at some point if I will have some time to test it. My builds:

Alright so I did few guardian maps with new version without Baron without even changing gear and still running Mon'tregul's because I kind of enjoy it and damn carrions feel a lot better than with Baron (even though the survivability went down a bit, I can't just afk anymore on bosses and in Delve nodes).

So for now, here is kind of polished PoB for no-baron version: https://pastebin.com/assPTkJr
I also included Baron version as alternative setup (because for survivability that version is godly) and I will most likely be maintaining both. I still need to update and add more leveling trees but after that I think build update should be ready. Large build update:
So as promised, here are the changes: - Removed Baron and strength stacking from main setup - Grabbed some extra damage in main setup - Added Baron and strength stacking version as separate setup - Updated Leveling section with updated gems and golem progression - Updated pros and cons based on tree changes - Added Multistrike to both Raise Zombie and Carrion Golem setup Thanks to these changes build cost for normal version goes down by quite a lot, we gain some extra damage for our minions and also some extra movement speed. I decided to also preserve baron version as it is still best for survivability and its good to have options. Updated Pastebin is already in main post. My builds:

Another update:
- Replaced Combat Stamina life cluster with Tireless - Changed jewellery to have minion movement speed crafts on it - Added flask effect on belt - Changed Experimenter's Granite flask to Alchemist's Granite flask These changes grant us around 15% extra maximum life, 66% extra minion movement speed, 5% extra movement speed for us and around 3-4k extra armor. I replaced Experimenter Granite flask with Alchemist because we dont really care that much about it's uptime, we just care about pressing it and then pressing Vaal Molten Shell :) Sorry for spam with updates lately, I am just trying to optimize the build even more, make it faster, more tanky and also get more damage :d And I think with some of the recent updates I did, I was pretty successful in achieving this. Pastebin in main post is already updated. My builds:

Thank you for being so active on your guide! It means we can learn from it without any information being outdated.
As a HC player, I assume the baron version is the best choice? |
