What would the ideal enchants be for boots and gloves?

I know the PoB is still in the works but can somebody whose gotten this build to perform solid in red maps/sirus post their skill tree? I'm currently in red maps as a VD/DD I league started as and am in the process of trading for gear to respec to vortex/cold snap. Just need a good idea of how to reallocate my passives.

I love and hate this guide at the same time. The guide is very detailed, but... it is VERY detailed! Seriously. This is the damn wall of text! :D

BTW, can I play the CI version in the end-game or LL more powerful for some reason?

And in the end I’ll add the gear that I crafted. I want to put a minimum of currency in the build and see what happens. In the end, we have a craft league here.

Thanks in advance, I wanted to fit Mark of the Shaper ring, but felt like I'd have a hard time finding the resistances between the left over ring/boot/glove slots. I would like spell damage on my two stone but then I'd need to find another way to get the resistances from that ring somewhere else.

Wand. Get a +1 to Cold Spells or +1 To Spell Skills, and DoT multiplier.
Boots. 30MS is nice, but apart from that...
