It still looks weird..
My PoB doesnt find any new update.. , so i find in forum that i have to download new PoB, but this doesnt help anyway... So, if somebody can link me the "new" PoB i will never forgive you :) |

So, with all the sources of increased effect of chill, is there some sort of effective cap where more effect doesnt do anything? I think chill itself is capped?
