Efficacy still deals (15-24)% more Damage over Time Empower def a main link now. For the mana costs I just did add 20% to the 5 support gems, so 1.2^5 = 2.48x the mana cost. That was a great build. I was really having fun, playing it during 3.13. Now it is nuked. Thank you, everyone, who have been helping new players to get used to Cold DOT mechanics. I hope that on some day Vortex Occ will become playable again.
