Why does console not get new supporter packs sametime as PC?

Ask yourself why we Console Players get LESS Points and also NO physical items, when we actually do pay only $15-$20 in difference.
And for that difference the PC Players get´s 1000+ Points more AND EVEN Physical items. Which consists of T-Shirt, Hoodie, Great looking Exclusive PoE Map, Exclusive Printed Signed Art Cards.
