Well, last league we had harvest so on LL I had 9.5k ES + Watchers Eye with ES on hit. So Maybe this league will not feel as tanky.

But yeah CI + Aegis Aurora + Incandescent Heart is god mode.

Hello, it's me again ;-) in the meantime I switched back to CI just because of the tankiness and how well it handles Ultimatums. I've been able to complete all Inscribed Ultimatus I could think of (level 83, all mods except Limited Flasks / Recovery Speed) and Sirus as well. The only thing I struggle at the moment is Simulacrum, I can't move fast enough when I don't have flasks and the DoT takes a while to kill the bosses on Wave 20. What improvements could I make? I've gathered around 40ex and thoguht about going for HH, but maybe I missed something else that is more important...

A better wand.
Get a +2 wand or +1 and with cold damage overtime.

Corrupted Bathed Breath +10% ES or +20% Discipline

Good enchantment on helmet

Also a Vaal Cold Snap is very good for Ultimatums

Is the 'Chilling Presence' cluster passive a bait? In PoB it gives me huge dps upgrades but I never see people take it in-game.

Will a wand with 40% Increased Projectile speed, improve clear speed with Frostbolt on spellslinger ?

Ok so im missing something. I switched to the endgame CI and how the hell do I use all the auras?
I reserve:
2x spellslinger
Vitality, zealotry and Malevolence in shield with 15% reduced.
Discipline in ring, with 2 medium cluster jewels with Self-control.
And I have a qonqueror's Efficency jewel and Saqawal's nest.
Still cant have them all enabled.
So what obvious thing am I missing.

Nevermind, missed annointment Charisma, left me with 3 mana so I had to get another jewelsocket for a second frozen trail. Works now

hey hey love the playstyle of this build, any tips/gear recommended for trade sc ulti league to boost up some clear speed and boss dam? (not on SSF and sitting on about 5 exalts) or are the items mostly fat rares i can buy?

You probably have not enabled "enemies are chilled" in your PoB by default, because you are playing the chilliest build of them all, so as soon as you are doing anything, enemies are chilled anyways. And therefore chilling presence doesn't do anything additional.

Or maybe you have elemental focus in your links which causes your cold skills to NOT chill anymore, then it would make sense that chilling presence gives a huge dps upgrade. However, you shouldn't have ele focus in your links to begin with.
