happy new year !

Here are some updates :

I have levelled in Delve and reached level 95.
By going horizontally at depth 150, it was quite safe and I could gain 1% XP per node.

I have bought Despair on Hit gloves :


This has allowed me to add Impurity of Fire for +max fire res.

Note that the Profane Bloom explosions do hit, so they apply Despair.

#5 : The Snake Nest

Some short but badass farming with your usual chaosplosions. Always so satisfying ! Feels more like an Halloween video than one for new year's eve, but anyway.

She's called the Pestilent Reaper and is a Lich in Last Epoch !

I made some changes and would like to share with you to find out what you think.
i got a megalomaniac with 50% increased mana reservation efficiency malevolence and haste.
Also includes aspect of spider and embalmer glove I'm using enfeeble on hit corruption.
I removed the crawler.
As it had an empty slot, I put vaal grace for some extra layer of defense.

I forgot to say that I'm using the impresence onyx amulet.
and forgot too annoying the amulet :P

Neat !

Now your char is better than mine ;)

Aspect of the Spider and Vaal Grace are good additions.

Some ideas to improve further :

- Find corrupted Atziri's boots with life as implicit
- Because of Immortal Ambition, we cannot recharge ES, so your crafted mod on your Ruby ring is useless
- Anointment ! ;) Corruption will grant you 9% more dps.

Viper Strike will receive a small buff in 3.17 :

"

Viper Strike: Now deals 90% of base Attack Damage at gem level 1 (unchanged), up to 140.2% at gem level 20 (previously 135%). Now has 90% Effectiveness of Added Damage at gem level 1 (unchanged), up to 140% at gem level 20 (previously 135%).

Nothing game changing, but still nice.

But since they nerf Added Chaos Dmg, that should negate the buff to Viper Strike.

I loved this build when I tried it a couple patches ago, but now I cannot figure out how on earth you're supposed to survive without that particular shield. There is no evasion or anything in either pob

That's right, I will need to update the original version with Apep's shield.

Defenses will be at least 100% spell suppression, +max res while poisoned with the shield, life and ES on kill with Shadowstitch armour.
Eternal Youth and Divine Flesh keystones.(= a lesser Mahuxotl).

It's the old tree, but it will give you a rough idea of the levelling process with this build.
This is actually pretty simple : you start from the Witch, go east to the Shadow zone and then south towards the Ranger area.
The PoB will also give you some example of levelling stuff.

The Viper is back for 3.17. Better late than never !
And she can still kick some ass !

I really hope with get Ultimatum back in 3.18, and the Mahuxotl's shield in particular.

This is a medley of different home-made builds. There is a segment with the Viper against the Uber Elder.
I may publish the entire fight later.

* But I wanted to tackle new contents, so here is a fight against the Searing Exarch :

#1 : Do Not Burn The Witch !

Generally, I'm using Ancestral Call, but for a Pinnacle boss, I have swapped to Melee Phys Dmg. A lot more DPS, though I sometimes hit in thin air, for lack of range.
But still, this is a deathless fight !

I haven't played the build a lot in 3.17, but I intend to go back to it in 3.18.
We still don't get Ultimatum back in core, so the Mahuxotl shield will be available only in Standard.
