Well the build guide on page 1, just shows Vuln being self cast.

So not like i'm losing anything apart from some ES.

I have vuln on hit on AG gloves. Mobs die too fast in general content to warrant having it selfcast and wasting a gemslot imo. That goes both for this league and last league, never selfcasted vuln.

Typical explody builds have scaling though. The explodey chests scales with the player's damages modifiers, that's why its so good. Cause if it was only 3% and nothing more, it would be complete trash and useless.

If you cant scale Asenath high enough to matter, it wont do much. 3% of one mob's HP is just 3% damage on the same mob next to it.

Yeah thanks mate, i tried it and it was ok, but i lost too much ES, packs did explode though. Was fun for 20 mins, until i fought some bosses :P

If you can, replace Sin Trek with Doryani's Delusion (the ES version). This will free up a socket from purity and you can either add clarity for the 2.5% dps, or put in Desecreate/Assassin mark (whichever one you didnt replace vuln for if you put vuln on your AG).

Strange things - i changed my boots and now with PL LVL 25 I only have 60 Lightning Res - If I put my lvl 20 PL back in Clayshaper I go up to 85 with 5 lvls lower...?!

Any help for this? POB is in my post you advised before!

So, as Arkhander said, with doryani's delusion you have to look at your socketed gems properly.

Do not put your Generosity setup in boot as this will affect Purity of lightning. You can put your Spectre+Blood magic setup in boot, as long as you can minmax your aura reservations properly to fit it. Personally I have blood magic in helmet (on Aspect of the spider) and Purity of lightning is on my Mana. But I do have Pure Aptitude med cluster (-30% purity of lightning reservation).

Any other support is fine (as long as they dont affect aura gems)

PS: I'm actually saving to switch my belt for a Torrent's Reclamation and i'm aiming for a future crafted Bone Helmet instead of my Vertex.

So what I did is a bit extreme to fit everything, but still have a tons of DPS (over 8m/golem).

I have 1x Pure Aptitude/Replenishing Essence med cluster and 2x Self-Control/Replenishing Essence med clusters.

Then gem setup is as follow for auras

Helm: Crafted Aspect of spider + blood magic + AG + Spectre + Meat Shield + 20 minion life from helm

Ring 1: Purity of fire (or ice, doesnt really matter)
Ring 2: Discipline

Shield: Haste/Pride/The other purity that you didnt put in ring1

Weapon: Vitality20

Gloves: Generosity/Dread/precision20

Boots: Purity of Lightning from doryani + Flesh and stone + Maim support + Zombie + Feeding Frenzy (This setup allows your zombie to apply maim to far mobs, and if you get close to mobs they have an even stronger maim from your flesh and stone)


I'm sitting at ~40hp and ~40 mana reserved with my current tree (i pathed to some mana+es nodes and mana+minion damage).

I have low ES (4.5k), but that's mostly a personal choice. Last league I played with 10k ES and I never ever dipped below 7k es, i got to level 100 and did 40/40 on two account. So I figured this time around I'll forego some of the overly tankiness and just go more glass cannon, so far so good. I got 1 account to 40/40 and working on this one now. Although this doesnt handle very rippy content like 100% juiced delirium very well at this low ES, but I just dont do them anymore.

If your AG is wearing this helmet, none of those mods you affect YOUR minions. If your AG had minions of its own, the mods would apply to the AG's minions.

Hey guys,

im playing this build, having fun with it but I am having troubles killing bosses (minotaur, chimera, etc are problem alrdy, haven't even tried stuff like elder).

I feel mainly that my dmg is lacking, it takes forever to kill em.

I got all the gear, gems 20 and some 21 and got all the jewels (i think).

Someone any idea what I might be doing wrong?

You're currently at 2.5m/golem (assuming kingmaker on AG)

Just leveling your gems and getting them 20% quality would bump you to 4.2m/golem.

Then you can get awakened gems/altenate qualities to jump to 5.1m

Rest is stuff like, getting 6passive med clusters, getting Vicious/renewal/feasting large clusters. Better ghastly jewels (with minion damage) or a torrent reclamation. Breathstealer with gravepact annoint if you're willing to lose ES for it (it's about 10% dps increase).
