Interesting guide. Looking forward to it, because i played BL-miner builds last leagues.

Question to the "chance to shock" mechanic:

Call of the Brotherhood has the affix:
Your spells have 100% chance to Shock against Frozen Enemies

So why do we need to utilize it from a cluster jewel? The frozen status should have a really high uptime with the 2x Brotherhoods so we allways shock anyway even against bosses.


Sugesstions:
I also recommend playing with Frigid Wake instead of Forbidden Power as it really provides strong defenses (my personal reference + for everyone who dont want to play with Void Battery).
