[3.14] Dejuvenate's Flameslinger Elementalist. Best League starter and unethical clear speed



Hey guys, I just dropped this bad boy, Can I use it for this build or am I screwed cause of the fire damage to spells ? Thanks

Coming back with a couple of questions...

1. What's an ideal 6l chest? Is there a really good unique or something? I have some currency, was thinking to either craft something or buy a unique. Not sure what works best (except lots of life and rez)

2. How do we ignite stuff? Spent a tone of currency to craft Cremator. But it doesn't seem to have any effect on porcupines.
First T14 map I joined with porcupines, I went in confident, but insta-exploded lol
That is nice, there are some problems with it, the fire damage to spells will mess up your EE on Storm Brand in the ring. It also adds no damage our main source of damage which is the dot from flame wall.

With that said, if you put a Lightning golem in the ring it will still proc ee on bosses where we need it most and the rest of the stats on the wand are pretty yummy.

Since you use a lightning golem in your Malachai's you should be good. Damage to spells doesn't apply to golems.

If you would use storm brand you would have an issue.
Thanks a lot ! I will try to get ride off the stun duration on ennmies using Harvest craft.

I have the same problem. Maybe the dot doesn't count as "ignited enemies you hit"? You should ignite them either by some fire damage on your kinetic blast or wave on conviction.

I think inpulsas counts though, I'm not getting many porcupine spikes since using that chest :)

You can do that easily. When you remove your craft you could do non-fire to fire and either hit fire res, chance to ignite, or inc. fire dmg. If you hit fire res you can change it to lighting or cold and remove that as well. If you hit ignite you'd be unlucky.

This would give you the option to craft "trigger socket spells on skill use" to your wand.

I have tried that myself. It seems the killing blow has to be a hit in order for them to be destroyed.

So pyre, inpulsa, explody chest are probably the reliable ones. Cremator, not so much
