0.9.9, Sixth character class and Public Stress Test Weekend #2

This coming weekend is another Public Stress Test Weekend! The Shadow will be available from that weekend onwards.
0.9.9 will be deployed on Wednesday, NZ time. The patch notes will be posted sometime in the 24 hours before the patch. Please don't fill this thread up with questions about wipes/legacy migrations. So will the client become available for download when the stress test begins or is there a way to download beforehand, since I can't download it now?
