Hi,

i am just curious for the League start (yellow map) gems in the POB. why do we put raise spectres in the helm and not in the body with 6 link?
Primal Crushclaw are just going to be a tanker than a DPS compared to skeletons?
Skeletons in the body provides better DPS than Raise spectre in the body?

With the new hatred 30% increased effect in weapon or shield tree it is no longer worth going skin of the lords EE or brass dome.
With a +1 spectre chest that has increased hatred effect and 10% mana reservation, we can get the weapon/shield tree for it as well for even more dmg than EE would have.
EE in skin becomes rather pointless.

You want a shield with 80% increased cooldown recovery for guard skills.
This will make molten shell have around 2s cd with 8.5s duration.

I have all the gear besides the mirror helmet that probably will never happen :(

Edit: Just a FYI PoB creator confirmed to Ghazzy that divergent hypothermia is bugged and will be over valued as all minions get a stacking -4 resist in PoB.
But it does not stack. (confirmed)
Also geting high enough max DMG hit(2mil?) to Freeze a boss is very unlikely so boss bonus for that would rarely happen.

Divergent hypo would still be good for maps and weaker bosses.

Divergent bonechill will not be that good either since the chill effect will most likely be overwritten by a stronger minion chill attack.
This is why precision is used instead.

Vaal skeletons are not enabled to see a more "real" dmg output at all times.
Only two frenzy and power charges are active as well.
Otherwise PoB dmg would be higher.


Thanks for your pobs, that'll definitely help with options for the lategame! Just a little sidenote, in the first pob you put 20 spectres so the numbers are a bit off ^^

Frostbearers with volley shoots 5 projectiles per spectre, so 20 is correct for 4 frostbearers.
Is this build still endgame viable?
Loved to use it a while ago. Would like to give it a try again.

Ohh okay thanks for explaining, I didn't know you had to do that!

Since you're going with frostbearers and projectiles, have you considered using mage skellies with dead reckoning to make use of the volley gem? I'm wondering if it would be any good

In the pob you have gloves with dash/ second wind but also another pair of gloves with grace, phase run, haste. Do you just have a glove swap between those? I feel like its a dumb question but im a lil confused lol. Also what spectres do you use?

Haste is not enabled in this setup, maybe you can use it instead of grace for more dps. The reason there are 2 gloves links is because we don't want to link second wind to our auras because it increases their reservation cost so we have "Dash--Second Wind" linked and Grace/Phase Run separated from them

For spectres I personnaly run 1 Arena Master 1 Pale Seraphim and the rest as Primal Crushclaws. Maybe it's worth to run chieftains for charges but I get them from my AG at the moment so haven't tested it out. You can also try the forged frostbearers (Hoffen made a pob about it a few messages back) if you don't mind going with projectiles instead of melee/multistrike

Alright cool, appreciate the response! Another thing was I am currently in the midgame set up and got my ele res capped but that was already a struggle, do you cap the chaos? In the pob he is sitting at like 2%.
Hey I'm following this guide but on the PoB for 3.21 you have animated guardian carrying a weapon called devestator. I can't seem to find it, what is meant to be on there?
