[3.21] Cold Conversion Summoner | Build guides for all budgets | (Ghazzy Zoomancer)

Adding three very high budget tanky PoBs for this.

One with forged frostbearer and one with 1 primal and buffers.

4x forged frostbearer + 1 primal + zombie+ golems
(skipped skeletons to avoid having to summon them, could replace zombies instead)

With the new hatred 30% increased effect in weapon or shield tree it is no longer worth going skin of the lords EE or brass dome.
With a +1 spectre chest that has increased hatred effect and 10% mana reservation, we can get the weapon/shield tree for it as well for even more dmg than EE would have.
EE in skin becomes rather pointless.

You want a shield with 80% increased cooldown recovery for guard skills.
This will make molten shell have around 2s cd with 8.5s duration.

I have all the gear besides the mirror helmet that probably will never happen :(

Edit: Just a FYI PoB creator confirmed to Ghazzy that divergent hypothermia is bugged and will be over valued as all minions get a stacking -4 resist in PoB.
But it does not stack. (confirmed)
Also geting high enough max DMG hit(2mil?) to Freeze a boss is very unlikely so boss bonus for that would rarely happen.

Divergent hypo would still be good for maps and weaker bosses.

Divergent bonechill will not be that good either since the chill effect will most likely be overwritten by a stronger minion chill attack.
This is why precision is used instead.

Thanks Hoffen.. how does the clearspeed look like? I find that since the SO nerf, I've haven't been completely satisfied with minion clearspeed. I'm a speedwhore, and I have the need.. The need for speed.

If you have mageblood and an exploding AG with decent amount of increased area of effect you will have really good clear speed imo and boss killing will still be very good with primal setup.

One option is to get EE on a weapon tree that you use as a weapon switch to tag with.

The 7th armour & 5th boots gem are not enabled (the checkbox)
They were there just for testing.

I dont play cold minions since quite some time, been only running phys version of Carrions and Zombies.
I usually only play standard, can you pull this version of the build with a nice helmet from harvest days (+3 to socketed minions, minion damage, hypo, crit and more ele) and influenced chest with +1 spectre and effect of offerings ?

i am just curious for the League start (yellow map) gems in the POB. why do we put raise spectres in the helm and not in the body with 6 link?
Primal Crushclaw are just going to be a tanker than a DPS compared to skeletons?
Skeletons in the body provides better DPS than Raise spectre in the body?

Thanks for your pobs, that'll definitely help with options for the lategame! Just a little sidenote, in the first pob you put 20 spectres so the numbers are a bit off ^^

Frostbearers with volley shoots 5 projectiles per spectre, so 20 is correct for 4 frostbearers.
