[3.15] Blitzyy's CoC | Ice Spear | LL | Occultist | Standard.

Hello guys. Since 3.15 released i've been starting to theocraft a way to make CoC viable again. After few attempts ( with / without enduring mana flask ) i came up with a solution. So i decided to share with you.

Budget : Very EXPENSIVE and requires some crafting.

There's common knowledge in every CoC build which you need to understand before we can go further into the build:

- Hit chance: We always aim for 100% hit chance. You can get them from all kind of source ( Flat accuracy from gears and jewels, Precision aura , War banner...)

- Critical strike chance: Try your best to cap your crit . Since we're play as Occultist our crit chance seems pretty low compare to Assassin. Therefore Hatred crit watcher's eye is mandatory.

- Cooldown recovery (CDR) and Attacks per second (APS) : We're doing 52% CDR and 10.1 APS version.

- So now the question is how do we deal with the triggers mana problem? With these items we wont even need mana flask in the setup. We're gonna spend both mana and life using Lifetap support gem pairing with Life/mana gain on hit with spells from Shaper's ring and Divergent Inspriration gem.

How are you gaining your power charges without power charge on crit?

How does eye of winter do with this vs ice spear?

Guys, can you help me with my build, plase? The first time I collect CoC and I don't understand why there is no 100% chance of a crit and a hit. I will be glad if you respond)

You dont really need PCoC with Occultist bcuz of Forbidden Power. I just dont like Ele focus and with 8 power charges PCoC becomes one of the best support gem.

I heard that EoW is pretty good with Bow coc build. Not so much for cyclone's.
