You reserve vitality, clarity and petrified using your blood(using the arrogance support) + the low life Pain attunement gives us 30% more spell damage, which is additional damage

For anyone interested in this build, this is the identical OP build but with all tattoos removed and converted to 3.23 (pob comm 2.35.3).

I've done nothing to make up for the losses but removing them all was pretty tedious.
