why is this? what's changed? this looks kinda like what I used to run a long time ago before adopting your guide as a general idea of what to do as a necro, but was told not to do this because I should get the defensive value from commander of darkness from items, and unnatural strength is too good to pass up.

Unnatural strength used to be +2 minion level. but ggg changed it to 30% physical gain as chaos, so it's not useful if you don't play poison minions.

maybe using ashes for an amulet. it helps a lot with mana issues

You can always use 3 skill points and specc into Arcane Will. Helps alot with mana regen early on letting you spam SRS or Skellies more.

If you need even more mana regen, try to look for Rings with the Veiled mod that gives 60 life and 5.3 mana regen which boosts mana regen alot too. You're looking for this mod on the rings.

You can also do like I've done and craft the Eleron ring craft that reduces mana cost on skills by -8.

so question is, is darkness enthroned + ghastly jewels better than siegebreaker and just socketing the gems in the tree?

You should use Tavukai. Don't buy -17% chaos it's too expensive. looks for a little bit less. I bought -15% for 10c.

Thanx alot! I looked again now and there was a -15% on top for 1C... And I got it too :-)

Either the person selling was not aware (it had happaned before that I got -17 or -16 for very cheap) that some builds use them intentionally, or they did just want a fast trade.

Im having a lot of success this league with the SRS Bomber. Thanks for the build.

Kay is the endgame SRS build still viable for 3.20? I was wondering if it the locigal way to gear after league starter is rolling in currency.
Main thing seems to be changing golem, getting cluster jewels and going hatred instead of Anger
Edit. or when i am witch is Spiders or popcorn the better choice moving to an endgame build

Easiest endgame build is stacking crit. I made a short video about it in 3.19: https://youtu.be/q8GnyT_-Mbg. No change for this league. Still viable. I think for sanctum you can use Spell Totem + Ancestral bond then hide behind the corner.

But I made Poison SRS in pob, and now just need some spare time to make the build in standard for testing. I think it's better than spiders because spider summoning mechanic is annoying.
