[3.22] 💀The Grim Reaper💀 - Hexblast Poison Mines Assassin (SSF Viable, League-start viable, Uber)

Im still in act 8, but the build seems perfectly fine damage-wise despite atrocious items, and pretty fun to play.

The only issue so far is that the caracter get stuck too long in place while throwing mine which leads to dangerous situation against rippy mob.
I'll try to switch to swift assembly instead of minefield while waiting to have more attack speed. It will probably works better.

In any case, you can feel that the build has lots of potential !

Yeah, I agree, you need Mine Throwing Speed on gear for Minefield to feel smooth. Until then, I was using Swift Assembly, even though that's a lot less DPS.

Hi! Thanks for sharing this build! I'm currently trying it on SSFCrucible and have some doubts regarding the poison damage.

I've tried updating my POB with some possible useful items but I'm not really seeing an improvement of Poison Damage over Hit Damage

Could you please help me taking a look at it?

EDIT: Forgot to mention I'm already doing Yellow maps and the damage is ok for mapping, but not enough for Pinnacle Bosses, hence my question :)

Well, basically, your gear is awful (DPS-wise, especially the daggers/amulet/etc), and you don't have curse on hit. Give it time and effort :)

At the moment, it works despite the gear, not because of it.

It's enough to do even reds (once you get a curse on hit ring - do some delve or influenced maps?), but you need to upgrade your gear.

I've been enjoying the build so far. I feel like I'm still bit squishy right now. Maybe I'm just not used to the mine playstyle. I've been using swift assembly since I don't have any mine throwing speed on my gear yet.

Yeah, a combination of playstyle, minefield's better targetting, throwing speed in general, and evasion/life/suppression. CwDT also helps a lot, as does Flesh and Stone.

Yea, I think I'll try and swap swift for minefield and see how that goes. I'll try and see if I can get some gear with mine throwing speed. Currently don't have to correct socket colors to add flesh and stone but will add that for sure.

The most glaring thing is the fact you're not using Minefield, nor Swift Assembly. Mines/second affect coverage, and thus safety.

Minefield is better at that, if you can get some throwing speed.

On top of that, personally, I don't think Wind Dancer is needed this early, while LIFE is. Life, and Suppression (3 jewels = 21% Life). Oh, and Perfect Agony might be better hurting your Freeze if your gear isn't yet great, so consider removing that for now.

I changed to minefield and I like it a lot better than swift assembly. I don't have any throwing speed yet but I like it a lot better. I'll probably prioritize getting a profane proxy next and see where my res is at and go from there. I'll probably see if I can get a helmet with some mine throwing speed.

In terms of a 5L set up what gems do you recommend.

I currently have hexblast, high impact-mine, minefield, unbound ailemnts and trap and mine damage. I could swap unbound to charged mines but I'm not sure if that's better or not.
