You can get 4 points back just by changing your pathing in your tree. Take the INT node next to "The Agnostic" on the left side of the tree. Then you can remove the 2 small life nodes by purity of flesh and 2 of the INT nodes next to it.

Do you think i should rather get 3 resistence instead of frostbite on hit?

I also work on another weapon with just dot and damage multipliers. Since my vortex and frostbite are above lvl 31.

Iam currently switch Haste and hatred depends on which content i do.

I wonder why is frigid wake best in slot?

Frostbite on hit: By all means if you have sufficient resistances while having frostbite on hit. It will be difficult though.

Frigid Wake: Without curse on hit, profane bloom will not proc regularly as we do not usually curse mobs while mapping. Also, the burn effect from Legacy of Fury should be sufficient for clear.

The 15% more cold damage is equivalent to more than +2 gem levels when the skill gems are lvl 30 and above.

No worries, POE is a complex game.

You can apply tattoos on top of your INT passive nodes. You do not need to modify the tree except for the notable tattoos, which I recommend using Agility and Thief's Craft.

Suggestions:
Passive Tree
1. As Isobar said, you can drop 4 passives near Purity of Flesh and connect via the INT node beside The Agnostic
2. Drop Cold Damage above Frost Walker
3. Drop 2SP from Practical Application
4. Add Divine Judgement

Your resistances will go below 75% from dropping Practical Application but you can easily fix that by upgrading one of your items / tattooing some resistances into your tree.

Gems
1. Switch efficacy on the chest to Awakened Elemental Focus lvl 5 for +1 gem levels to Vortex and CF (either buy lvl 1 and level it up or buy as lvl 5)
2. Switch both controlled destruction gems to Awakened Controlled Destruction.
3. Switch Culling Strike into Defiance Banner (unless you still find the culling strike useful at this DPS). Tattoo two small INT nodes with Honoured Tattoo of the Hatungo.

Beyond the above, for items you should be looking at upgrading your chest, shield, rings, gloves and amulet. You will need higher tier rolls of resistances and life so that you can add more uniques into your set-up.

For levels, you can buy 5-way leveling service from TFT.

looking at comments from this post seems tempest shield is a must.

Tempest Shield is better than Defiance Banner, but it costs more mana reservation.

Before DD, you won't be able to run Tempest Shield over Defiance Banner.

Thanks for the tips brother, I hadn't seen your post so I ended up working on some of those things based only the guide and and your POBs.

I followed Isobar's advice on the tree and got a 2% reserve efficiency jewel to set up defiance banner and the onslaught tattoo, so I don't need the Honoured Tattoo of the Hatungo right?

For divine judgement I saw that melding and its points were dropped in one of the guide POBs so I ended up doing the same to get it, but I can switch back and do what you said if my character looks too squishy.

I already got all the better versions of the gems but they are still level 1, I think I might try to sell them and buy the lvl 5s because the difference isn't that much. My empower is almost 3, should I switch cruelty for it? I dont think i can afford a lvl 4 right now.

Also I did get better gloves and worked on my chest a little bit(probably the weakest piece but all the uniques are too expensive and I have a bit of trouble understanding how to make it work with a rare chest) I will try to work on the pieces you mentioned, I feel like my amulet is pretty weak but i have an idea on what to look for, however I don't know what too look for to improve the weapon and shield, if its not asking much could you give me some examples of good stats to look for to switch them?

I guess i fixed most of the issues for my DPS.

SO i got lucky and pulled a doctor card and some other high value cards and now I have around 26d worth of currency. At current prices that could almost buy me 2 skin of the loyal+ chayula. There really aren't any affordable non detrimental SOTL on the market right now.

There are two with imbalanced guard/zealots oath which are kinda eh, would it make sense to just buy a loyal and gamble, rerolling if it doesn't work the first time?
I don't know what the odds are of getting a worse roll.
The better mod (but not amazing) SOTL ones are all going for 24+d

Thoughts on using an Hexmaster Impossible Escape to grab Breath of Rime, Static Blows, and Malicious Intent?
