These modifiers, as well as the modifiers for Dropped Jewellery is converted to Divine Orbs, Exalted Orbs and Orbs of Annulment are now Rarer, notably in white and yellow Maps.

The capitalized Rarer is interesting to me. Wasn't capitalized in the next note, or any uses of the word outside of the actual "Rare" rarity. But obviously they're not that. So why the capitalization? Simple. It's RESTRICTED.
Restricted to TFT admins, streamers, and frequent MTX buyers. The other 95% of the playerbase can fuck off, the league is over for us.
