[3.25] Chaos Golem of the Maelstrom - The Better RF/DO - Easy/Fast T16 and T17 - Budget/League Start

One question, before we get the chaos golem of the maelstorm? is the normal chaos golem works? or should we level with other minion skills?

if we can have a levelling guide, it will be great.

I'm also curious about running this as a league starter. Obviously we can't be running this to start (lol at poster saying this build sucks at level 12) so I wonder what would be a good early setup and what's the minimum needed to start using the chaos golem as main damage dealer.

I guess zoomancer and/or SRS would probably be the way to go before switching to this?

Quality on golem chaos golem applies wither

However i wont recommend this build this early in the league , items are crazy expensive

Oh the chaos golem's sandstorm ability applies wither... it's unclear how many stacks it can apply though, I did notice a damage difference on single target when running withering step so I don't think the golem itself can reach maximum withering stacks. I think the quality is negligible it probably only applies to the melee attack of the golem which is very slow (1/s) and it's only 20% chance to apply.
