Hallucinogenic is not much, 30% increased damage and damage reduction for only 4 seconds with who knows how much CD. But we are gaining 15% increased cooldown which is more damage since we are hitting faster right? and is not easy to come by

I'm definitely considering it, though the increased cooldown recovery rate will just help with clear not damage since our ignites are already significantly longer than the fireburst cooldown. It really depends on how good Mist Reflections feels to play though, since as you note we don't know the cooldown on it or how long it'll take to die. It's noted in the Keeper specific section though and if it has good uptime I'm definitely going to recommend it.

Well, we have Cdrr to reduce the Cd anyway, what bothers me is that the skill moves your character, so maybe that feels clunky to use

I cant check PoB now, but also depending on our Fireburst application time couldnt we run Replica Emberwake (or emberwake?) for more single target dps?
