and this game keeps getting beter and better... XD love it!

testing a RF maruder running on low life always so this looks great!

Q1: does it damage per second or per cast? causei see a cast speed of .08 and it'f it's doing 44-67 damage at lvel one un supported....
Q2: how would we increase it's range/ area besides passives?
So many build ideas... no time....

It damages each "cast", but it also has a damage effectiveness of 10%, so its damage (and of supports) is reduced heavily for each of those rapid casts.

anyone knows how this skill compares to Fireball with Totem support gem?
There are two kinds of people, those who do the work and those who take credit. Try to be in the first group, there is less competition there.
This skill is amazing but I've noticed a few things about it:
1) It gets damage bonuses from items that normally just add some damage onto physical attacks, like Glinting etc. However this is only listed on the DPS hover on the skill bar - in the character screen it is not listed.
2) It will try to attack enemies outside its range. Not sure if bug.
3) Something severely limiting its effectiveness in mass engagements is that it takes a long time to switch between targets.

Fireball Totem is much slower fire rate, with better potential range and individual damage tics.

Now we need the Fire ability as a blue gem for Fire Mages ;D
it seems to frequently stop casting for long periods of time(much more than any other totem skill) and doesn't snap out of it until it receives damage or is recasted

try added lightning damage on flame totem ;)


favourite looking spell in the game by far :)

Faster projectiles really helps the range on these. I liked this totem so much I made a new character just for them :)
