Yes but now it's hard to survive in high end-game maps.

Sorry for the noob question but at what level can we start finding these gems or do we need to buy them? I'm level 30 atm and I don't think I've found a single one of them except for a life leech :)

This is totally right and happens to me even when I only go Cyclone. Without Multistrike. Desync at it's best. Thank god we have a trigger gem that prevents sudden desync death, oh ... wait :/.

This is so stupid, Cyclone is just too dangerous in my oppinion. I can only use it for Piety and Dominus, the way there I have to clear with ST, and of course I have to run maps with ST too.
Still okayisch, but Cyclone dps is just so good.

i have problem, that i literaly kill myself, because i dont vamp enough of her and BLOODMAGIC KILLS ME...

Well you have to add Life Leech of course haha.

Edit: To not to be a complete jerk, mind to link your chest with the gem setting so I can have a look? Maybe there is something off. You should have no problem to leech more then you spend as long as you don't desync and whirl 2 screens away from the boss.

my chest gem setting:

Cyclone-CoCS-LifeLeech-BloodMagic-EK-EK

and yea, it might have been just cuz desync and i didnt actualy hit her, gotta try out few more times, thanks anyway, jerk xD
