I am running something similar but I stopped trying to use cyclone because it has an extremely bad tendency to desync, or simply stop proccing blades how it should.
It's really fun when it works properly, but it also seems like its very easy to desync and break the proc rate. I am interested in knowing if there is a certain type of skill order or something I can do to ensure that cyclone procs spellcasts properly, because right now it simply doesn't. Seeing how he gets Dominus down in just a few seconds I admit, something's really wrong with my char.... still need a few more CoDT skills and then I might just roll the same build :)

I understand crit is rolled once per skillcast? So if I cast a long cyclone and it rolled non-crit, I'd be SOL if not for the CDT gems?
