Op, why do u use mind drinker? that's 2% mana leach for phys dmg but that should only work for no-damage cyclone and not for ek, am i missing something?

You're right...

That's why I'm using mana flask, as my daggers have nice crit, but low physical damage. so the leech is not that great.
But mana flask with recharge on crit affix does the job and it's not that much of an inconveniece to use it.
I was wondering if mana on kill nodes, that are availeble above Mind Drinker.

I am curious about how to level this build. I use spectral throw to level ? and than I respec points to DANMAKU later on? I am pretty new so some help would be great.

Any tips on leveling with this build would be appreciated.

Just follow the danmaku passives, and use ST with a good 2H weapon.

Most likely you will have a 4L, so use ST-faster attacks-added fire damage-LMP. If you can, get a Cast when damage taken, and make a 4 link like this: CWDT-molten shell-enduring cry-immortals call/anything you like. This helps a lot with survivability.
The gear should have some HP and resists, so you wont die while leveling.
The most important is the weapon. Try to get a high phys dps 2H weapon, and you will be fine.

This question has been asked and answered for like 100000000 times already. Read the tooltip and spend 5 seconds to think bout it and you'll have your answer, I believe
