Experiencing unusual high latency during night time [US GATEWAY]

So i made a new toon today..and I have noticed that in some instances my ping would constantly be at 200-500, and in others my ping would be normal, around 80-100 or so. Thus far, whenever I get into an instance with abnormal high ping I would just leave and join a new instance. However, in a map group this is not possible, so I have no idea what I would do.

Again..this only happens during the night time (around 8-9pm mountain time zone)

I am also with Telus in Canada and have been experiencing high ping for the last week or so. Always starts around 8 or 9 pm. Sadly I think this is a problem with Telus rather then GGG.
