This game is so boring to play. (Mini review)

That was seriously one of the best reviews/feedback posts I've read about PoE. I clicked expecting vomit in text form like most other threads but instead got an entertaining, well-written critique that made quite a few excellent points. Thanks for taking the time to do this. I agree with just about all of it.

well, luckily for you OP, D3 is releasing it's expansion soon so you can return to practicing being able to tell the difference between the color red and green and chasing glowing orbs around your screen endlessly. that game seems more on your intellectual level, anyways. And if it isn't, you can just watch some my little pony or power rangers episodes instead. Hell, if you think D3 is entertainment you can probably find adequate amusement in just about anything. You pokemon generation make me want to fucking puke.

I'm not going to defend POE's mechanics which for a large part are pretty cringeworthy, but the art direction is pretty damn good.

D1/D2 had the light radius and the camera pretty much focused in on the character, for example, which made it easier to identify where you are on screen.

I understand if you suffer from some sort of vision-related disability, and I don't judge you for that, but people who are properly sighted can see that the light radius and camera are centred on your character. You literally can't lose your character unless you are visually impaired, and even then you could just put a hi-vis sticky dot on the screen so you'd always know where they are. (hint: right in the centre of the screen.)

Levels 50+ are seriously so boring it hurts. It's just a mindless grind for no particular reason. By the time your character actually starts coming together and you're geared up you'll be so bored of it that you'll never want to play it again anyway.

You have a lvl 79, so either you are trolling, either you must love getting bored.

And yet you've played this game for 3 years. I think that is crazier than anything else in this thread.
