1. I personally don't like PtL because it sensibly reduces your leech. Tooltip with PtL/WED will be better for sure, and you can shock with for even more damage, but it can also be resisted more easily than physical damage.

2. Hard to say as your chest is really good. With a 1k eva chest, Daresso would be for sure a sensibly more defensive setup.
Also note that you can't have 3 res and ias on rare gloves, as they're all suffixes.

3. For flaring you can only rely on sheer luck, so no, there's no good way. However this harbinger seems to be a 3 mods bow (regaled from blue?) with %phys, %hybrid phys/acc and proj speed. If this is really the case, the best you can do is craft prefixes cannot be changed then scour, and multi mod it with crit chance, flat phys and attack speed or crit multi. If you can do that, it will be better than your citadel bow.

4. yes, it matters. Note that the implicit is badly rolled on your rings. 30% * 8.5 (average crit for a decent crit bow) = 2.5% final crit chance on your offense tab. It adds up :). But if you can find another ring (especially a two stone) with many res AND accuracy, feel free to change.
Also the amulet is very sexy, it's a bit of shame to not craft crit chance on it. It'd be cool if you could find these res elsewhere. Maybe if you change a ring or the gloves, but it would only lessen the loss of crit in these cases.

@Pointi1978: you guessed right.
As for the tree, the fixed version has been proposed many times but as Neversink is not very active currently, it hasn't been fixed in OP ;). The tree could look like that. If you don't need Spirit Void, just put the points in life (end of Golem's Blood and Revenge of the Hunted clusters).

Thanks for your input, panini.. I did reroll the implicit on those diamond rings and crafted crit chance on the amulet since I was overdoing resists anyway.

I had two more questions.

1. How would rare gloves with 16 ias, life and resists compare against maligaros?

2. I currently do 30k TS fully buffed, but my survivability is lower than what I'd like. My clear speed is fine, but often I can get 2 shot by some unlucky combos like a rare crit devourer pack spanning on top of me or getting stunlocked by stray projectiles from offscreen. My life is currently at 4k and I believe I have 7.5k evasion with my current gear. Do you have any suggestions to help with tanking up?
1. On my archer, with Hatred on HoA
- no gloves: 35.1k
-

37.5k, +140 hp (and res)
-

41.1k

2. you should have more evasion with that gear. Could you share your tree? Also you're lacking life rolls on gear. There's none on your rings and quiver. When you go maligaro + rat's nest, you really must get as much life as possible everywhere else. You can for example sacrifice the flat damage rolls on your rings for life instead. This should net you around 200 life.

There goes argument about Maligaros being so much better than rare gloves. Not to mention that these gloves of yours still could have better ias and flat phys rolls as well as acc mod for cost of 1 resistance mod.
Burn all the orbs!
I don't use Maligaro on any of my phys crit builds for a reason ;).
The gloves above are the ones my archer uses.

Passive skill tree build

Hardcore character.

I don't know what cluster should I get first between the one with King of the Hill, the one with Lethality, and the one with Heavy and Deadly Draw.
I will reach the Duellist area to get another Frenzy Charge, Cloth and Chain, the Golem's Blood %Life and the jewel, however, I want a bit more damage first, since I'm doing only 1300dps with the main attack of a 250pdps bow.

I will get all 3 those clusters eventually, but 9 of those points will be specced after level 80, since I want to loot the duelist area first (to get more survivability) and also get the jewel node near the Frenzy charge bonus in the Ranger area.

TL;DR version: with the tree above would you rather get

a) +116% pDpS, +21% attack speed, offensive stun threshold bonuses, 10% accuracy, 20% arrow speed

OR

b) +36% pDpS, +206% crit chance, +41% crit multiplier, knockback on crit, 2 bonus passive points

OR

c) ???

Here's my skill tree:

I could try swapping gloves to get more resists on there, so I can forego the resists on my rings and get life/ias/flat damage instead.

@Xcava86X: get heavy draw, then king of the hill. both help for survivability (stun & knock back), you can fill the rest later. Get deadly draw in last, you need a decent crit chance first.
Also I would respec Avatar of the Hunt. The move speed is nice for sure, but it's still an expensive cluster for what it's worth. You have more urgent matters elsewhere. You can also save one point in Quickstep cluster.
You should also take a look at MortalKombat3 duelist archer's tree (his characters are visible). It's very tanky so maybe you can find something useful here.

@Ashwin: not much to say on tree. It's a "normal" tree. I would just respec the left node in the Lethality cluster the get the 2 right nodes which are *much* better. Check also if you can replace the +30 str node by Master of the Arena, because of the 1% life regen (most builds don't need more than 109 str/int).

Passive tree

Current gear
Spoiler

Stats

Life 5.4k
Evasion 6.4k
Tornado shot (with HoA+Hatred) 32.5k
Puncture (with HoA+Hatred) 37.1k

I have few questions about this build.

1.So my puncture dps seems pretty low for me, what am i doing wrong? Does my gem setup suck?

2.Also my evasion seems kinda low, any idea what to improve on my gear/passives?

And of course any other suggestions are welcome.

Thanks in advance.
1. it's the right setup. Don't forget you have a 5% crit bow, so it scales less than with a harbinger. Compared to your TS, TS has a nice tooltip because you use PtL/WED which increase damage a lot.

2. not much you can do for your evasion with that chest and gloves. On passive you probably have all the eva/lifes nodes already. The next good ones are Survivalist and Cloth and chain clusters.

Little optim: you can swap Hatred and Vaal Grace, then remove increase duration from your boots for another gem like a war cry (you don't really need an increased duration clone, do you?)

So, I was looking at JaatiRis' Skill Tree and I came up with this Passive skill tree build which is what I'm aiming for, at level 100. I will regret the nodes that differ from my tree later, probably once I reach level 100, since every single skill point here is weighted and pondered.

Bandits: Oak/Slay all/Kraytin

I like movement speed, yes.

Had to share this idea with you, I'll definitely look forward to this, since I really want to try that Graceful Assault node, and I like high movement speed as a reliable source of damage mitigation (it's actually my very first source of mitigation), because we want to stay away form the combat to don't build up entropy that would eventually get us hit, right?
