I have looked at the last 30 pages of this thread, linked is this build: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1711388 If you scroll down there is a budget version section and a level progression topic shows the build tree split up with snapshots of progression. I plan on using these level progression snapshots and match it up to the End-Game Tree w/ Vaal Pact. The Default Tree - With Lioneye's Fall Jewel is different enough compared to the budget version, that as a new player I don't know if I will have enough respec points to fix the difference. But it is really helpful to have them both open and see the different skills chosen. I'm a new player who had the same question, hope this helps.
