[outdated] Caustic Arrow Solo Map MFer (20/300+)

So I finished my respec to this build yesterday (From neversinks TS build). Using the +2 bow with empower lvl2 now and 5-link.

Damage definitely seemed a bit low to start, but it's still decent especially combined with vulnerability. Also got some budget MF gear and got +24% quantity and +99% Rarity now.

Overall Im loving it this far. Much more fun to play and easier to do some bosses that before gave some trouble, since I can just shoot and run more easily.
Now I can start aiming for a +3 bow 6L and drillneck :). Just gotta hope for those exa drops.

PS: Using gemcutters prism on Empower should not affect the exp on it right? I put +4 quality on it yesterday and I could almost swear it had much more exp when I bought it. I dont know if I'm just imagining it or if it actually "reseted".

No it won't.

Amazing, since the reddit post "how to get rich" there is 15+ bow +3lvl with leo dot in standart for less than 6 ex (no 6l for this price of course). Before that you had to put easily 20 ex for a +3 bow with free affix

I payed 7ex for this (non linked) 1.5 weeks ago. I dont think anybody was paying 20ex for a non linked +3 bow and free affix. the buyouts those bows had were just too overprized imo.

Does anyone actually have cata at 8 and leo at 3 that would be able to help me with the crafting part of the bow? I just had a blue drop with +2 bow skills ;)

What bow base type bow is best for this build, and how would I add it to the loot filter to show all blues and up of that type, so I can find me a +2 of them? :) Is it the +6% movement one (Maraketh)? Or should I not even worry about it and just buy the first 6L bow I ca afford?

Personally I use a Maraketh base because it helps with the mediocre movement speed of the Goldwyrm's. You want to filter out any bow that's below ilvl 64 because that's how you get +2 bow mod. Paragon's (+1 to all gem) is ilvl 50.

No attack speed.

And trust me, people were paying well over 20 exa in Standard.
