A noob question. Do we benefit from "% increased area damage"? If yes, where it comes in priority is it better than/worse than DoT/Projectile damage?

Yes, area damage benefits.

Second, its priority is identical.

Maraketh.

Movement speed + good base attack speed.

Otherwise you're only concerned with +2 bow and +1 all gem. Don't need any damage modifiers.

Why hallowed flasks for instant heals instead of divine? Isn't divine better for instant pots?
